* Click the “add” button to the right of the account.
* Press and hold on to the icon of “capital one password change”.
* Now, click the “delete” button
* Click “Delete passwrod”.
* Finally, tap “Delete.”
* The app will be successfully removed from the login screen of the capital one.
* Now, open the “user id and password”.
* Search for “capital one forgot password”
* Once you’ve found the user id, click the “add” password button.
