3. Fill in the Required Details:
   Complete the following details for your banner ad:
      • Banner Name: Provide a unique name for your banner, e.g., "Banner Home Bottom," "Banner Search Top," or "Banner Search Bottom."
      • On Click URL: Specify the URL users will be directed to when they click on your banner.

Please note that when you upgrade or downgrade your membership, your previous membership will be void and canceled. Only the benefits of your new membership will apply.

We strongly recommend selecting a membership based on your specific needs. If you intend to change your membership, please be aware that you will lose the benefits from your previous membership.

Consider changing your membership once it has expired or when the membership period has ended.

For example, suppose the website offers 10 free listings every month. Karan purchases a Bronze membership plan for a month, which provides 20 free ads. Now, Karan can post a total of 20 free ads, including the initial 10 free ads for that month. Later, realizing the need for more ads, Karan decides to upgrade to a Silver membership, offering 40 free ads per month. Consequently, Karan will have a total of 40 free listings, including the initial 10 free listings for that month.

Please note: The previous limit of 20 free listings will not be added to the new plan.

I case you have exausted all free ads in your membership plan you can upgrade your membership plan to post more ads. 

Note: When you upgrade your membership your new membership ads limit will be considered as final limit and previous membership limit will not be added to this limit. 

Eample: Considering if 10 free listings are provided by website every month.

Karan braught a bronze membership plan for a month (If bronze membershp provides 20 free ads in a month) Now, Karan can post 20 free ads including 10 free ads in a month. After few days he realises that he need to post more ads and decides to upgrade membership so Karan purchases silver membership that have a limit of 40 free ads in a month. Now karan will have total 40 free listings to publish including 10 free listings for a month.

Yes. You need an account to post ads and to view contact details of people who have posted ads in our website. You can still browse ads without creating an account.

Yes! Postlister.com is 100% free. You can post ads, browse ads, and respond to ads all for free. There are no fees or commissions. You are welcome to post an ad for free at any time.

We have recently enabled a limit of 5 new and unique ads per user each month. You can post your ads in multiple cities with unique title and description. However, as per our policy, we ask that you please do not post the same ad more than once in the same city or category. Duplicate ads may be removed without warning. With the way our search works, if you post your ad in a particular city our system will automatically display the ad in search results for nearby cities as well. This way your ad gets better visibility without you having to re-post it. 

There may be several reasons why your listing is not visible in website. Let us go through them one by one.

Reasons: 

1. You may have deleted your listing. Sign-in and go to My Accounts>Active listings -  Here you will find all your active listings.

2. Your listing may have been marked as SPAM via several users due to which it might get deactivated or removed from website.

To avoid this - Make sure your listings are valid, ethical, legal and should not be offensive. 

3. Duplicate listings require moderation and might be marked as spam leading to deactivation of listing. 

To avoid this - Do not post duplicate listings.

Note: Changing the location or few words in title or description will not make listing unique if you have allready posted similar listings.

In case you are providing similar product or services in different location and want to place an ad for that location, Follow the given instructions while posting a new ad.

1. Select a new location.

2. Create a unique title and description for your new listing. 

Doing this will make sure that your ad is getting published and not marked as spam or removed from our website.

If your images are very large, they may take extra time to upload, especially if your internet connection is a bit slower than others. We recommend that you try making your images smaller by using photo editing software on your computer. You can also try adjusting the settings on your camera so that pictures are saved at a more reasonable size, like 1024x768.

If a user has not responded to your inquiry about an item, it’s possible the item is no longer available and the user didn’t take their ad down. It may also be possible that the user doesn’t check their email very often. Unfortunately, if a user hasn’t responded to you, we are unable to contact them for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we have no way of identifying the people who have looked at your ad. However, if someone responds to your ad, our system will send the message to your email address. Additionally, people may decide to call you on the telephone or send a WhatsApp message, if you included your number in your ad. They may send you a chat message as well.

The way our search works is you can set your location and then search for a specific type of job, car, item, etc. Our system will then supply results that match your specifications exactly, If you don't see any other results that means there are no more ads listed in the searched category for that region. We recommend modifying your search criteria. 

You can search for your ad in two ways. You can type your ad ID number into the search bar and our system will take you directly to your ad. Or you can set your location to the same location as your ad and go to the category your ad was posted in. If you posted the ad recently, it should be on the first page of that category.

Yes, If you have created a personal profile and later want to switch to company profile you can do that by following these steps.

1. Log-in to your account.
2. Go to your dashboard by clicking on Menu Icon (On top left corner of your screen) / Your Image (on top right corner of the page) > Dashboard.
3. Select "My Profile".
4. Scroll down to find "User Type" Dropdown.
5. Select "Company"
6. Then Select "Update"

This will convert your user profile to company profile.

To change your email, simply log in and go to the "My Account" page. Next, locate the “My profile” section and scroll down to the "Change your email" section". Enter the New e-mail and click the "Submit" button. 

To change your password, simply log in and go to the "My Account" page. Next, locate the “My profile” section and scroll down to the "Change your password" section". Enter the Old password, New password, and Repeat the new password. Then click the "Submit" button. 

To log in to your account go to our Sign-in page and enter your email address and the password you created. If you do not remember your password or you have not yet created a password for your account, click the I forgot my password link to have an email sent to you with either a copy of your password or instructions on how to create one.

We have provided a report listing button in each listings of our website. Click on it and select the option - Spam, Misclassified, Duplicated, Expired, Offensive.
