1. Official Payment methods & Accounts
Dear users,
We would like to inform you that postlister.com has four official payment methods:
a. Postlister Wallet
b. Bank transfer (currently contains only UPI id to directly transfer of amount.)
Note: All bank transfer needs to be approved by admin which may take 1-3 working days. Once payment received is verified by admin only then purchased promotion will be live/ wallet will be credited.
c. Online payment method (third party gateways)
I. Stripe (Accepts: Card payment: Visa and master card)
II. CCAvenue (Accepts: Card, wallet, UPI, Net banking)
III. Instamojo (Accepts: Card, wallet, UPI, Net banking)
Note: Payment done via Instamojo may include gateway charges ranging from 5% + INR 3 to 10% + INR 3 per transaction.
2. Payment refunds/cancellations policy
a. How can I cancel the payment?
If you have started the payment flow, but would like to abort it, you can go back to the cart selection page of postlister via the “back arrows” in the browser / the application.
You can restart a new payment flow by clicking on you preferred payment method button.
b. Why does postlister only refund to the same payment card?
It is a condition of the card schemes (VISA, Mastercard) that all refunds must be processed onto the same card as the original payment was made in order to help reduce fraudulent activity on cards. Postliister must comply fully with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types.
c. Can I get a refund for any package/order?
The payment made for any order/package is non-refundable if the pertinent Ad doesn't meet our posting guidelines. Additionally, no refund is possible if the account is blocked due to a breach of our rules. If your ad is published after the payment, then also refund will not be initiated.
d. Can i mkae payment in any currency?
No, Default payment currency is INR. Although you can show your ads listing in avalable currency options present at the time of posting your ads. While make any payment to postlister you need to make the payment in INR.
3. How can I get my Feature Ad invoice?
You may request to generate the Invoice through our Customer Care Department via:

You will receive your invoice within 3 working days, once requested for it.
