Refund Policy
At Postlister, we aim to provide clear information about our paid services, memberships, wallet recharges and promotional features. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available, when a payment is generally non-refundable, and how to submit a refund request.

Refund Policy at a Glance
What This Refund Policy Covers
This policy applies to payments made for paid services available through Postlister, including where applicable:
Refund Eligibility
A refund is not automatic merely because a user requests one. Each request is reviewed against the transaction records, service status, applicable terms and circumstances of the payment.
Paid Service Not Delivered
A refund may be considered where payment was successfully received but the paid service was not delivered because of a technical or operational issue attributable to Postlister, and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected by providing the service.
Successful Payment but No Credit
Where a payment has been successfully debited but the relevant wallet credit, membership or paid service is not recorded as delivered, Postlister will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange the applicable credit, reversal or refund.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charge
If the same transaction is demonstrably charged more than once or an amount is incorrectly charged due to a technical processing error, the affected transaction may be eligible for correction or refund after verification.
Other Cases Required by Law
A refund or other remedy may also be provided where required under applicable consumer-protection, payment-system or other applicable laws or regulations.
Refund Rules by Service
Different Postlister paid services may have different delivery points. The following rules explain how refunds are generally handled.
Cancellation of Paid Services
The ability to cancel a service depends on whether the service has already been activated or delivered.
Before Activation
Where a paid service has not yet been activated and cancellation is technically possible, Postlister may consider cancellation or another suitable resolution depending on the service and circumstances.
After Activation
Once a paid promotion, membership benefit or other service has been activated or substantially delivered, cancellation generally does not create an automatic right to a refund, subject to applicable law.
Refund Exclusions
The following circumstances will generally not qualify for a refund unless Postlister is legally required to provide one:
Prohibited, Illegal or Restricted Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings, advertisements, products and promoted content comply with Postlister's policies and applicable laws.
Payments must not be made for the promotion of prohibited, illegal or restricted products or services. Depending on the circumstances, prohibited content may be rejected, suspended or removed without notice. Where the user's violation is the reason the service cannot be provided, the payment will generally not be refundable, subject to applicable law. Postlister may also restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate its rules.
No Guarantee of Leads, Views or Business Results
Paid promotions and memberships are intended to provide additional platform visibility or access to platform features. They do not constitute a guarantee of a particular business outcome.
Failed, Pending or Unsuccessful Payments
Sometimes a payment may appear as debited by a bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway while the Postlister transaction remains pending or unsuccessful. In such cases, the payment status may need to be reconciled with the relevant payment provider before a final refund or credit can be confirmed.
Where applicable, failed digital-payment transactions are also subject to the rules and prescribed timelines of the relevant payment system, bank, payment provider or regulator. Users should retain the transaction reference or UTR number until the matter is resolved.
How to Request a Refund
To help us investigate your request quickly, provide complete and accurate transaction information.
Contact Support
Email support@postlister.com with the subject line Refund Request.
Provide Transaction Details
Include your Postlister account details, transaction ID or UTR, transaction date, amount, payment method, purchased service and a clear explanation of the issue.
Transaction Verification
Postlister may verify the payment, service status, wallet history, promotional activity and relevant technical records before determining whether a refund or another remedy is applicable.
Refund or Resolution
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method where technically and operationally possible. The time for the amount to appear in the user's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer or other financial institution.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed only after the eligibility of the transaction has been verified. Once a refund has been initiated by Postlister, the time required for the amount to appear in the original payment account may vary according to the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment service provider. Postlister cannot control processing times imposed by external financial institutions.
How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the same payment method used for the original transaction, where supported by the payment provider.
Original Payment Method
Refunds are normally sent back through the payment channel used for the original transaction.
Alternative Method
Where the original route cannot be used, Postlister may request additional information needed to complete the refund.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction is incorrect, please contact Postlister support first so that we can investigate and resolve the issue where possible.
Users should not intentionally submit false or misleading payment disputes after receiving the purchased service. Postlister may provide relevant transaction and service records to the payment provider or financial institution when responding to a legitimate payment dispute. Nothing in this section limits a user's lawful right to dispute an unauthorised transaction or seek a remedy available under applicable law.
User Responsibility Before Payment
Before making a payment, users should review the service description, price, duration, eligibility requirements and applicable Postlister terms displayed during the purchase process.
Third-Party Payment Services
Payments made through banks, UPI providers, cards, payment gateways and other third-party payment services may be subject to their own transaction processing rules. Postlister is responsible for handling refunds applicable to Postlister services, but cannot control the internal processing time of an external bank, card issuer, payment gateway or financial institution.
Your Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy describes Postlister's general commercial refund practices. It is not intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right, statutory remedy, payment-system protection or other legal entitlement that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a greater right or remedy, that law will prevail to the extent required.
Changes to This Refund Policy
Postlister may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, payment processes, platform policies or applicable legal requirements. The current version published on this page will apply to future transactions from its effective date, subject to any rights or obligations that must legally continue to apply to earlier transactions.
