It feels terrible to have two kidneys while someone is suffering and dying elsewhere due to a kidney issue. I am here to help save a life alongside some friends from my community in the Philippines. We are prepared to donate one of our kidneys and would appreciate recognition for our efforts, as we come from a poor background. I am from Alaminos City. Six individuals lose their lives each week while waiting for a kidney. Although most of us are born with two kidneys, we only require one to live a fulfilling and healthy life.
