With years of experience, he has also worked a decade abroad. Academically has done his fellowship from London – UK.
Inaugurated in 1989 by Padma Shree awardee Prof.(Dr.) Madan Mohan, Ex Chief Organizer, Dr. R.P. Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS, New Delhi.
