I am passionate about counselling as it provides us with an opportunity to gain insight into emotional distress and to discover new strategies that can help transform lives.

I have an MA in counselling and psychotherapy from the University of Wales, with 15 years of counselling experience. As an integrative psychotherapist and an Imago relationship therapist, I draw from a variety of the latest cutting-edge approaches.

For couples counselling I draw from Imago Relationship Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). For individual counselling utilize a blend of IFS, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic counselling.
