Jonathan Pacheco serves is the Founder and CEO of PWR Retirement Group, a financial advisory firm dedicated to supporting federal employees and veterans throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Formerly known as PSR Assurance, the firm changed to PWR Retirement Group to better represent its mission of providing individualized retirement solutions and fostering long-term financial confidence.
With extensive knowledge in federal benefit systems and retirement planning, he had helped numerous clients navigate critical areas such as the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), federal life insurance programs, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) retirement, rollovers, and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits. His focus is to make the retirement journey more understandable and to create strategies that are tailored to each individual’s circumstances and future goals.
He is also the member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international organization that recognizes financial professionals who demonstrate exceptional service, ethical practices, and a commitment to excellence in their field.
