Okawise Travel Agency is a professional travel service provider offering guided safari and travel experiences. All services are provided in accordance with local laws and industry standards.

2. Flights
Please note that Okawise does not provide or book international or domestic flights. All flight arrangements must be made independently by the client.

3. Reservations and Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required to secure a reservation.
• The full remaining balance must be paid at least 3 months prior to the start date of the trip.
• Failure to pay the full amount on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

4. Payment Methods
All payments should be made via the approved methods specified by Okawise. Proof of payment may be required for confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Full payment made more than 3 months prior to departure is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Okawise reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political instability, or force majeure). In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be discussed with the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
Okawise is not responsible for:
• Flight delays, cancellations, or issues related to airline services
• Personal belongings, medical emergencies, or any other incidents outside the control of Okawise
• Changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Okawise Travel Agency, clients agree to these terms and acknowledge understanding of the deposit, payment, and flight policy.
