My speeds in 2020 were always amazing. I never faced any slowness. Even the buffer bloat was good and still the best. Doing tests it goes to 1 Gbps and comes down to actual plan speed around 300 Mbps. So yeah my ISP NCR is awesome that's why I've never faced any issues with ISP. Maybe that's why I can't relate with others in terms of bad experience because I never had one
