The 500mm ID double wall corrugator is designed with a special die head for inner and outer wall material flow, hardened and plated components, ceramic heating, precision cavity blocks, sizer and guide rollers. One mould set contains 40 pairs of cavity blocks according to the website.
The system is intended for manufacturers working with PP, PE, HDPE and recycled plastic materials for large-diameter corrugated pipe production.
