Job Details: Role : Channel Sales Executive Location : Visakhaptnam , Andhrapradesh Grade : Senior Executive-M4 CTC : 350,000 P.A T.A : 5,000 Per Month Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. 2. Build, manage, and nurture a network of real estate agents, brokers, and partners. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. 5. Provide training and support to channel partners. 6. Negotiate and close deals. 7. Meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in channel sales, real estate, or related industry. 2. Strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and partners in Hyderabad. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
