Requirements for School of Nursing Agbor Form 2025/2026

Candidates for admission into College of Nursing Agbor must prepare for the school entrance examination.

Also, to apply for School of Nursing and Midwifery Agbor admission form, interested applicants must not be below the age of seventeen (17) years at the time of application.

Also, candidates must have their WAEC, NECO, or GCE with at least FIVE CREDIT passes including Biology, English Language, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.

The Delta State School of Nursing Agbor admission form costs N30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira Only).
