TOTC Inc. is a professional and reliable welding training and service provider in the Philippines, boasting a team of experts with sound knowledge in construction and fabrication across all cities nationwide. At TOTC Inc., we empower our clients with industry knowledge of welding programs before employing them in businesses both in the local and international scene. We have a facility designed, equipped, and managed by qualified specialists to enhance the skills of Offshore, Maritime, and other industry workers in welding applications.

Located at Port Area, Manila, our welding training center offers state-of-the-art welding facilities that are ergonomically designed for a safe and effective training environment. Our welding training facilities include lecture rooms accommodating 20 trainees and 16 actual welding booths.

At TOTC, we offer several welding training programs including Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, and Flux Cored Arc Welding
