EngageLive is a real-time audience engagement platform operated by postlister.com. It allows hosts to create interactive sessions (polls, quizzes, Q&A, word clouds, etc.) and participants to join via a session code in any browser. No download or account is required to participate.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use EngageLive. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Hosts using paid features must be 18 or older and capable of entering a binding agreement.

The EngageLive Template Marketplace allows users to browse, use, purchase, and contribute session templates.
Paid features are processed through PayU, PayPal, or Instamojo. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. By making a payment you agree to the relevant gateway's terms and conditions. EngageLive does not store your payment card details.
In the event of a technical error causing incorrect charges, please contact us within 7 days at support@postlister.com for resolution.
Session data (responses, reactions, participant counts) is transmitted through Firebase Realtime Database during an active session for real-time delivery. Following session end, aggregated results are archived on EngageLive's encrypted servers for the period specified in your plan (30 days for Free, 180 days for Starter, indefinitely for Pro and Business plans) to power post-session analytics. Individual participant personally identifiable information is not retained beyond session end. Hosts are responsible for any data they export or record during or after a session.
All EngageLive platform code, design, branding, and original content is the exclusive property of postlister.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
EngageLive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that sessions will function perfectly on all devices or network conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, postlister.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EngageLive, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of EngageLive after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
