By accessing or using EngageLive, the EngageLive Template Marketplace, or any related services on postlister.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
EngageLive is a real-time audience engagement platform operated by postlister.com, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. It allows hosts to create interactive sessions (polls, quizzes, Q&A, word clouds, and more) and participants to join via a session code in any browser. No download or account is required to participate.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use EngageLive. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Hosts using paid features must be 18 or older and capable of entering a binding agreement.

The EngageLive Template Marketplace allows users to browse, use, purchase, and contribute session templates.
Paid features are processed through PayU, PayPal, or Instamojo. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. By making a payment you agree to the relevant gateway's terms and conditions. EngageLive does not store your payment card details.
In the event of a technical error causing incorrect charges, please contact us within 7 days at support@postlister.com for resolution.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle. Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Yearly plans renew annually. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Plan & Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full plan access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.

If you cancel or downgrade from a Pro or Business plan, session data older than your new plan's retention period (30 days for Free, 180 days for Starter) will be permanently deleted after 30 days. We recommend exporting your session data before cancelling. Go to Account → Data & Storage → Download My Data to export everything.
✓ You can reactivate a cancelled plan at any time. Your account and any data within the new plan's retention window will be restored immediately.
Session data (responses, reactions, participant counts) is transmitted through Firebase Realtime Database during an active session for real-time delivery. Following session end, aggregated results are archived on EngageLive's encrypted servers for the period specified in your plan:
Individual participant personally identifiable information is not retained beyond session end. Hosts are responsible for any data they export or record during or after a session.
The Free plan provides access to EngageLive at no cost, subject to the following limits: 5 participants per session, 2 sessions per day, and 5 activities per session. Free plan features and limits may be changed at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
For free plan users, EngageLive is provided on a best-effort basis without any uptime commitment.
For paid plan (Starter, Pro, Business) customers, we target 99% monthly uptime for core session functionality. In the event of extended downtime affecting paid customers, we will endeavour to provide account credit at our discretion. This target is not a legally binding service level agreement for monthly subscribers. Business plan customers who require a formal SLA may request one by contacting support@postlister.com.
All EngageLive platform code, design, branding, and original content is the exclusive property of postlister.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
EngageLive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly set out in Section 9 for paid plan customers. We do not guarantee error-free operation or that sessions will function perfectly on all devices or network conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, postlister.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EngageLive, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to EngageLive in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of EngageLive after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of EngageLive shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. If you are located outside India, we may also elect to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
