Contributor Licence Agreement

You grant EngageLive a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, display, and sublicense your submitted template (including all activities, questions, images, and associated content) in any format, medium, or channel, including but not limited to: the EngageLive Template Marketplace, partner integrations, promotional materials, and derivative products.

EngageLive reserves the sole right to determine whether your submitted template is offered free of charge or at a paid price. EngageLive may change this at any time. Unless a separate written revenue-sharing agreement exists between you and EngageLive, you will not receive any payment, royalty, or compensation for purchases of your template by other users.

EngageLive will display your name (as provided in the submission form) as the template author on the public marketplace listing. Your email address will never be published publicly. Attribution may be removed if the template is substantially modified by EngageLive.

You warrant that: (a) the template is your original work; (b) you have the right to grant this licence; (c) the template does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party; (d) the template does not contain defamatory, illegal, or harmful content; and (e) if the template includes quiz questions, images, or other content created by a third party, you have obtained appropriate rights or licences to include such content.

EngageLive may remove any submitted template from the marketplace at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation. You may also request removal of your template by emailing: support@postlister.com; however, EngageLive is not obligated to honour removal requests where the template has been purchased by users, and retains the right to provide the template to prior purchasers.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your work to EngageLive. You retain full ownership of your original template and may continue to use it for any purpose. The licence granted here is non-exclusive — you may share or publish your template elsewhere.

All templates submitted through the contribution form are accepted on a free basis. Contributors cannot demand a paid listing at the time of submission. EngageLive may later decide to make your template a paid listing, and all proceeds from such sales belong exclusively to EngageLive unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
